Styles 1 and 2 are used in conjunction with single daylight or multi daylight curing presses. Presses have heated platens.

*All cavity plates are engineered for maximum cavity and for maximum production.

Integrally Molded

Styles:

• – Puck style cavity plate with backsteel located on bottom plate.
• – LAC style cavity plate with incorporated pocketed backsteel for positive location.
• – Bottom plate complete with prelocating pins for backsteel location, hinge mounted.

*All cavity plates manufactured for maximum cavities.
*All cavity plates fitted to customers preferred backsteel supplier.
*All molds can be custom engineered as per customer requirements.

Original Equipment Positive Tooling – Loose Fill or Preform Loaded

Styles:

• – Single cavity positive
• – Double cavity positive for single station machine, 5 station rotary press or
• – Corsteel single unit molding cell.
• – 3, 4, 6, 8, 20, or 24 cavity positive die set design.

*Tooling is either individually heated or heated by the transfer of heat from the press.
*Tooling is designed for individual pressure, for single unit molding, or for multiple cavity pressure, on multi-cavity tooling.

Positive tools come complete with:

• – Seal-Off Plates
• – Molding Cavity / Cavities
• – Punches / Extensions
• – Punch / Extension Mount Plate

*Tooling can be designed and manufactured to fit any custom application.
*Tooling can be designed with quick-change mounting features, quick disconnects for heating and temperature readings, and also capable of receiving replaceable molding inserts when worn.
